Return Procedure

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange. To do so, simply make your request here:

• France and Belgium, it's here
• Rest of the world, it's here

For France and Belgium :

• Exchanges and store credits are free of charge 🎁
• For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted (or €5.50 for Belgium) from the total refunded amount.

For Germany, Italy, and Spain :

• Store credits are free of charge
• Exchanges are possible, but shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
• For refunds, an amount of €6.50 will be deducted from the refunded total (to cover return shipping costs)

For all other countries :

Only refunds and store credits are available. Your return request must be made through the appropriate portal. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return.

Your orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped!

In mainland France: Home delivery within 2 to 3 working days after shipment of your order.

Express Home Delivery: for all orders placed before 12 p.m., delivery will be made before 6 p.m. the next day.

Delivery in 5 to 8 days in the rest of the world after dispatch of your order

Your items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn or washed, in their original intact packaging, and with the product label not detached. For the return of menstrual panties, the packaging must be intact, the tab above the zip must not be torn. For the return of tights, the packaging must not have been opened. If a product returns to us and does not comply with these return conditions, you will be refunded with a possible deduction depending on the anomaly noted.

Our strapped enhancer bodysuits and enhancer t-shirt bodysuit are part of our sculpting lingerie range. It is a bodysuit that smoothes the silhouette while being comfortable to wear for your evenings under an open blazer, also perfect with jeans or a skirt for summer days !

Our Sculpting Short are part of our sculpting lingerie range. It is a shapewear short that sculpts and smoothes the silhouette while being comfortable to wear under dresses, skirts or tight trousers. The objective of this product is not to provide a sheathing effect that compresses but to smooth and enhance the silhouette.
