1. DELIVERY
Preparation and shipping
Order preparation times can vary between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the intensity of activity. The delivery time is then effective once the order has been shipped. In the case of a pre-order, the shipping date is specified on the product page of the item.
Delivery to mainland France
In mainland France, we offer 3 delivery methods:

Delivery to Relay Point:
- Delivery in 2 to 3 working days, after dispatch
- Contribution to shipping costs of €4
- Free shipping on purchases over €80

Standard Home Delivery:
- Delivery in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
- Participation in shipping costs of €6
- Free shipping on purchases over €150

Express Home Delivery:
- Any order placed before 12 p.m. will be delivered before 6 p.m. the next day.
- Contribution to shipping costs of €10
Please note: In case of pre-order, delivery times apply after the expected shipping date, indicated on the product page of the item.
Delivery outside mainland France
Outside mainland France, delivery time is 5 to 8 days.
In Belgium, European Union countries, Luxembourg and Switzerland:
- Standard Home Delivery: €8.90
In the rest of the world:
- Standard Home Delivery: €29.00
Please note that in the event of delivery outside mainland France, customs or import taxes may be applied upon delivery.
During busy periods, our delivery times may be extended.
2. DELIVERY TRACKING
You can track the delivery status of your order by going to the "My Account" area, in the "Order" section or using the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation email.
3. RETURNS
Returns Procedure
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return or exchange. In December 2024, returns are extended until January 8, 2025. To do so, simply submit your request here.
For France and Belgium:
- Exchanges and credits are free 🎁
- For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted (€5.50 for Belgium) from the total amount refunded (contribution to return shipping costs).
For all other countries:
- Only refunds and credits are offered. Your return request must be made through this portal . Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
* In the case of customs fees paid by the Yade brand, these will be deducted from the refund.
The refund period is 14 days after receipt of your order.

Return conditions
Your items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging intact, and with the product label undetached.
For the return of menstrual panties, the packaging must be intact, the tab above the zipper must not be torn. For the return of tights, the packaging must not have been opened.
If a part is returned to us and does not meet these return conditions, you will be reimbursed with a possible deduction depending on the anomaly noted.
