Nous développons nos produits afin qu’ils soient beaucoup plus résistants et qualitatifs que les autres collants que vous retrouvez sur le marché, cependant ils ne sont pas indestructibles !

Ils sont conçus afin de lutter contre l’obsolescence programmée, pour être utilisés de nombreuses fois mais ne sont pas indéchirables et nécessitent tout de même d’en prendre soin.

Par ailleurs, le niveau de résistance de nos collants peut varier selon le nombre de deniers et la technique de tricotage, vous pouvez retrouver cette information sur les pages produits de chaque modèle.

Returns procedure
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to make a return or exchange. To do so, simply request one justhere.

For France :

• Exchanges and credits are free 🎁
• For refunds, an amount of €4.50 will be deducted from the total amount refunded (contribution to return shipping costs).

For all other countries:
Only refunds and credits are offered. Your return request must be made via this portal. Return costs are your responsibility.

The refund period is 14 days after receipt of your order.

Your items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn or washed, in their original packaging intact, and with the product label not detached. For the return of menstrual panties, the packaging must be intact, the tab above the zip must not be torn. For the return of tights, the packaging must not have been opened. If a part returns to us and does not comply with these return conditions, you will be refunded with a possible deduction depending on the anomaly noted.

Your orders are prepared within 24h to 48h, then shipped!

In mainland France :Delivery to your home within 2 to 3 working days after shipping your order.

Express Home Delivery: for any order placed before 12 p.m., delivery will be made before 6 p.m. next day.

Delivery in 5 to 8 days to the rest of the world after your order has been shipped
